By accessing or using AskSerge.ai (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Serge is a reflective AI companion. It is not a medical device, mental-health professional, therapist, doctor, or licensed counselor. The Service does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.

If you are in crisis or believe you may harm yourself or someone else, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately. In the United States you can also call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law; harass, abuse, or harm another person; attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service; or submit content that is illegal, infringing, or otherwise harmful.

If you provide a phone number and consent to SMS, you authorize us to send you text messages at that number. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help.

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Free trials, when offered, convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.

The Service, its design, software, and content (excluding user input) are owned by AskSerge.ai or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskSerge.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the Service. Continued use after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
